Szaba's post # 26324175 sums it up. The asset remains with the entity - no need for the title to reflect a change in ownership of the company. Similarly, a change in the name of the entity owning the asset is of no consequence. If you buy a house with a dishwasher there is no need to change the ownership details of the dishwasher - comes as part of the package.
