Can't believe you guys are even discussing this topic (again .....), PE terms within a JOA would be worthless and pointless in all JOA's if it was so easy to circumvent by simply selling the shares in the holding entity .... Jeez!
Let me put it another way; if it smells like a Crap, looks like a crap, then it probaby is a crap. (substitute Transfer for Crap) lol ..... here's to hopefully an awesome week ahead with something new to discuss!
