Szaba, I'm only explaining how the data room works. Perhaps WPL are in. It's very unusual though that a company will grant access to any company which they don't want to partner or sell the business to.
What I will say is that it's also not a fait complit that the highest bidder wins in each case either. It also doesn't mean that every company granted access will bid either.
