I also believe Senegal Government will play a large part , but to an extent only. It will want a deal to be made and will lean on a certain party to co-operate. I would be surprised if it did more , with the O&G world looking upon it , as a child approaching its teens. So many unknowns........

I've been a holder for 7 years and enjoy HC , i tend to throw some versions that some people don't want to hear, as we certainly hear enough positive ones. We need to have a rounded version of events and appreciate other views if they are presented with respect.
