OOO, i have a lingering thought and would appreciate your thoughts. CNE play in this does not fit into the game plan most have set. If PE is re-set , then we should presume all JV partners have another go? However, CNE excepted WPL low ball proposal and why ( ? ) if FAR did not? Its a very basic question and one that I'm stumped. If some shady deals were done between COP-WPL, were CNE part of this? Seems unlikely with a three way street , but possible. Did CNE consider the price reasonable, which raises questions in it self. If FAR has the right to PE and shows its cards with a major , bridge funding or what ever , it throws a dirty blanket at CNE and basically saying you excepted something below value. If CNE are hostile to FAR actions , how would it let FAR put in place a controlling interest at SNE?
Anyway , the first question the important one. If PE is reset , does CNE have another go at it? IMO, they would want one, but are they legally allowed , after quoting they excepted WPL deal?
