This is an excellent writeup in Business Spectator on the pending announcement, guys. All about our nasty suiter and the writer's view is, basically, call their bluff! My view is - make it hard for this nasty piece of work so they either put up or shut up. IMO they want to pick the company up in a liquidation!!!
