I remember so far DML already invests $350m on this project, if you add the loss in last 12 month, that could be more than $400m, including $100m CFC paid for.
So why do you say "from nothing in 2005 to where we are today (in production)."
To get this $400m back, if DML can survive, I believe it takes at least 15 years. say year of 2028.
To accept CFC's bid , this $400m could be back in July 2013.
