BD, I am aware of all the games that go on, and thats a much bigger topic for discussion. I'm simply commenting on where we are right now, and sharing that at this juncture the Instos interest is far more aligned with the retail holders, than Cathay's interest. I am glad the Instos are there. And if the Instos pull the pin on this trade, it also sends us a signal that they saw no future and that Cathay's bid (whatever that is) is the one worth taking.
