You are wrong. These schemes have indeed been around a long time but I demonstrated that in one case thrown up as a rort the money was probably well spent. You have not attempted to show it was wasted. Nor have you shown that any of the three labor ministers were wrongly accused. Just the old schoolyard retort "But you did it too" with no proof necessary.
