Nope. This referendum is no different to the 44 referendums before it.
In the 1960s indigenous referendum the No voters were also asking the same questions, who are the indigenous people, who will do the census, how the census will be done...
It is completely irrelevant, because that's not what people are voting for at a constitutional referendum.
The Parliament will create, debate and legislate the details if the referendum is passed. That's how it always has been and always will be.
