    That is not funded by DATHCOM. Period.
    It's an infrastructure upgrade that has been underway for 5 years prior to the JV even being signed. Contact Dathcom. Because financing for the road isn't out of Dathcoms pocket necessarily either. It's via any means of finance that Dathcom can obtain According to the JV. And no such funds have been sourced, received or allocated yet.
    Another completely untrue association.
    Prove me wrong and I will humbly apologize.
