    "I told you many times Magnis announced that there will be a ban on graphite concentrates being exported from Tanzania. There has been no withdrawal of that statement"??
    We have been through this before Tony but it seems you are a little slow on the uptake, so I'll reiterate........There is NO BAN on the export of graphite concentrates. The Tanz government allows this for a nominal US$200 application fee. Please stop sprouting unfounded rubbish??!!
