My argument has been there is NO BAN on the export of graphite concentrate, as has been alluded to by Tony and gumboots adnauseum!The regulations allow for export of graphite concentrate after making an application and paying the nominal US$200 fee. If you fail to understand that, then I cannot help you, but you really should ease up on the disingenous twaddle??!!
