You can export once you have the required licenses and approvals. Not simply paying a $200 fee and filling out an application. If this was the case KNL and other graphite peers would already have the same licenses Magnis has.
If you ask the EPZA nicely enough they might tell you who has previously applied and been rejected.
Your argument that graphite is not banned because its not written in the regulations has been busted today. Thank you for helping prove my point that bans can be applied without being written into the regulations.
You need to find a new angle.
