Genuine question........ Why would the American Gov "pour" (and by pour we know you're implying very large sums of money) money into im3ny when there are huge multinationals building larger sized gigafactories
These organisations already have very highly experienced teams from top to bottom for executing such projects and with more money/resources given to these companies would allow them build gigafactories with more output (many of these are already planned to be over 30GWh) to fill this demand. To add to this they could do this much faster
I've never had the impression a +30GWh (or even 20GWh) plant was on the cards for im3ny. Imo they are not a major player
