Yes it could have and should have been a lot better CRF but it is about the only stock on the ASX that has actually drifted up in May. With so much rebalancing of holdings already done its hard to see new shareholders looking to challenge the deal.

The rebalancing may go on for another two months and hopefully we will see it break out of this range as we get closer to the distribution.
