I've emailed as large legal firm requesting direction in this matter.

Maybe we are barking up the wrong tree. But let's see. At the very least I would think CRF management could provide the legal rational behind the settlement.

I've asked for it, Defabs asked for it, and so far no response from Mr Sewell.

As with all barristers, they are a matey bunch and probably worked out the settlement over lunch. And we paid for that lunch I bet!
