I also note that in the settlement announcement, it makes mention of $10M external costs, which will be provided to the CNP secured holders in the form of CATS

“2 – Assumes $85 million cash settlement amount plus estimated total external costs of $10 million”

How much of that is attributable to the CER/CRF class action and how much to CNP/CNPR?

How are these costs differentiated between the two parties?

Anything attributable to CNP/CNPR should come out of the $10M basket left behind.

The Australian has already made mention of discontent brewing and I am sure other media outlets will do the same surely.

This can all be resolved with a response coming from the top, resolving our concerns.

Until such time, there is substantial evidence to support our claims that the outcome for CER/CRF was not in the best interests of shareholders.

There is nothing defamatory about our sentiments. We only strive for the most equitable outcome in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Corporations Act.

    Cheers
