    Hi Defabs,

    I had the very same sentiment at that time... however, if it went to a court judgement then CER & CNP would have worn the penalties equally..which could have been more than $85 mil each.

    A settlement would never have attributed the penalties equally between CER & CNP (realising CNP had only $10mil to contribute)..a court judgement would have
