This is why I mentioned a possible class action against the directors that bent over CER each and every time in favour of CNP .....

Opposing this is possible wrinkles in the law that may suggest CER and CNP were partners, having merged, and became jointly liable. By the way this 'wrinkle' may be the real reason the legals came up with the idea in the first place.... not that such a thing would ever be admitted.

You can only screw those with the money.... so it was CER every time.... that got screwed.


Also during 'settlements' legal rights can be waived..... which complicates actions afterwards big time.
