CERs support of CNP never sat well with me since 2007/8. As I have always said. CER owned solid assets. CNP provided services and part ownership of CER.

CNP's 'assets' being their CER holding was given to the senior lenders as a payoff of the lenders debt.

$100m was left for shareholders and that was that.

CNP was a dead company. It should have folded years ago but CER kept propping it up in my mind to the detriment of CER shareholders.

A director's mandate is to work in the best interest of shareholders and I fail to see looking after CNP holders at the detriment of CER holders is legitimate.

I think we have some pretty savvy shareholders on HC. We can let our understanding of events lay believing we were shafted or ask Centro for an explanation.

Defabs analysis throughout has always made sense to me and these questions need to be asked.

A class action won't cost participants. If there's a good case legal people will always stump up pro bono.

Fact is, the management need to realise all is not well in Kansas.

    Release the hounds!
