Therein lies the problem with illiquid stocks. Minimal trades can effect the SP quite dramatically or perhaps in this case, stop it from increasing. This of course deters people from investing in small caps as it is not easy to exit without the big swing in SP, which could ultimately result in overall losses.
I still think this stock has massive potential BUT if we dont hear any further positive news out of the US by the end of this year, I will assume the Kitty litter wont go anywhere. Purely based on timeframes etc of the last venture with the prev kitty litter.... We are really now and the stage where it will either be a success or another failure.... fingers crossed
