All of you should email Centro with your concerns of the payout method to CATS holders

It is disgraceful and should be reviewed before settlement

Quite clearly, the issue of shares is not in our best interests and it has a material effect on our NTA. We’re talking around 8c NTA, not 1c

Centro mentioned in their settlement ann that they had the option of cash vs shares. This was also highlighted in supplementary disclosures prior to recapitalisation.

CATS holders will have no right of recourse as an $85M cash payment will fully compensate their claim

Even a $120M cash payment still works out to be a more favourable NTA outcome for CRF holders!
