if they did have a change of heart, my bet is that they would take cash from our impending dividend......and this would be thrashed by the mkt, which appears to be manoeuvering into CRF in a flight to safety (imagine! CER/CNP/CRF...a flight to safety!). Agree that in the long term would prefer no dilution though.
