NG is not the problem. NG has been around for years and property prices grew in line with expectation only. Fast forward to QE2 and markets around the world saw huge price appreciation.
People blame a tax structure that's been around since I can remember and applies to other capital investments without looking at what has caused asset appreciation worldwide
