I'm allergic to these things, and now it appears so are my shares.

Is it only me that was blind-sided by this CATS thing? No one (here, the media) seemed to be discussing the potential dilution prior to this legal resolution, but it turns out to be the biggest effect on CRF share holders. It has left us with apparently about 2 c of premium to the pre-settlement share price. Break out the Bollinger. Who are these CATS holders anyway? Weren't in before 2008, weren't in 2008-2012....seems to be folks that were brought in as a part of the aggregation deal, or are they CNP holders who bought CNP after 2008? I'm confused. This what we know:

"As part of the aggregation process leading to the formation of CRF in December 2011, Class Action True-up Securities or “CATS” were issued to those CRF Securityholders who were not exposed to the shareholder class actions pre-aggregation. These parties were issued with 1 CATS for every 1 CRF stapled security held by them on aggregation. CATS were not issued to existing CER holders."
