    A pity the Resources Minister in Victoria, Michael O'Brien, didn't have enough knowledge and sense, with their sudden Moratorium on fraccing, (and csg), in Vic till December.

    .... affecting Lakes Oil, Beach JV big time.

    There is supposed to be a Federal Govt. fraccing consensus by December, but in no way, do I see NT, SA, and WA changing their system for Labor no hopers.
