I don't like the thought of more of our tax dollars being swallowed up in a court case but it was a totally brainless action by the Labor Government and as with the rest of their actions we the public have to try and make it right.
I just hope that the government would come to a decision on a compensation payment before they spend millions in a court case they should not and probably will not win
The worst aspect of this and other stupid actions is that the perpetrators get off scot-free, if they get off free what does that say about the ones coming later? We can do what we want without fear of retribution?
If nothing else they should be publicly shamed and they should never be able to work in any government job ever again
