You're right about tenements in the area, there's shirt loads of Li there just waiting to be drilled and proved up. Two tiny caps that I know of already have had very encouraging sampling take place. Their sole aim is prospect generation and farm out to an "local" miner/processor.
I believe it's a genuine 'build it and they will come' scenario.
Quite astute in hindsight, whether planned or simply playing out this way as there is zero risk to GXY and their share holders.
It's quite simply "you go out and find it (along with all associated costs) and we'll cut you a deal. It would appear companies are tripping over themselves to do just that.

Mt. Cattlin is the absolute least of my worries quite frankly. Looking quite bullish over time actually, and time is one thing we do have on our side as a company moving forward.
