Cause and effect?

    So effect is easy, plummeting share price that is more usually seen with massive downgrades, obsolescence, disruption or accounting mistakes.

    But what in the world is the cause? I've had this on the watch list for a long time but it is plummeting like it will be out of business soon and I can't find any reasonable explanation why?

    Anyone?
