When you say 'organise', how does that work and why do you think it has not been done the last 30 years? This line of thought is missing in the overall conversations but has been pointed out by Lynas - as long as RE's continue to be sold at a relatively low price (China can control this and have done so in the past), it will not make sense for any company to spend billions - it simply will not be profitable. Organise needs to = financial support and not just 'fast-tracking'.....as Lynas recently pointed out, there is little incentive for them to proceed with Texas at the moment - why would they in such an unsure environment. After watching RE's for years I am finding the current press coverage to be quite amazing - it seems they are way behind the ball and it's likely to be another 3-6 months minimum (IMO) before the real issues start to be addressed.
