I've got a theory -- well - I suppose some would argue hypothesis - but, close enough -
that our colour bias is hard wired and very very logical - and, indeed - in all of us
I think it's all to do with the reflection of light on skin ----------- it's far far far far easier to read a face when it's a reflective light coloured skin face - than a black face - and ,if the black face is a matt skin - then, that is the most difficult of all
