    Good post cooberpedy ..
    I noticed that point made on the DMR site.. new order rights could be traded or sold etc ...flipped.
    Wouldnt it be better if they could NOT be traded without a new applcation to DMR being approved etc to ensure the holders good credentials and intentions?
