it really doesn't matter who said this, tho it was Albanese. its just simple common sense tho rely on carefully assessed sources that are reliable, verified and unemotional. those that use hyperbolic insinuations charged with emotional adjectives are likely to be biased and so its sensible to avoid such seekers of clicks.
far right and far left media will always be looking for "likes" to feed to their advertisers. so they make their angles rabble rousing, feeding the anger and hatred.
none deserve to owe hated. none deserve to be killed. hatred causes people to be killed. so its best to avoid hatred.

by creditable he means the media and narrative we feed you. as time goes on the government msm and science (or men in white coats) are becoming more untrustworthy by their own actions and will garner no respect from the man in the street especially when his cost of living is skyrocketing and we are heading into a hyperinflationary period
