Expect the downrampers to be real active on this board today. They would love to build on the relatively disappointing sp action of Friday and convince folks that the "good stuff" still is far off. The will conjure up all kinds of reasons why the TOL will not be in Lynas's hand for months! Garbage--the two new conditions are being dealt with in a presumably air courier, overnight material to KL today. Betting that things now will move more swiftly. The PSC isn't part of the review process. If it was, the minister would not have bothered to give himself that 2 week deadline. Long and strong with LYC.
