The large institutions who have short positions to cover will do their best to manage a slow and gradual price rise so as not to be caught out when the TOL is finally issued.

At this stage we still have Sellers outnumbering Buyers by 2.57:1 on my screen.If that is to be believed as representative of the market in Lynas shares.I seriously doubt that this is a true picture. It is highly manipulated by the big end of town for their benefit i.e profits at your expense.
The only way we the retail investor can win in this stock market casino is to refuse to play by "their rules" and play by our own.

What I mean by that is do your own fundamental research on stocks, decide on your investment criteria,decide on your entry and exit using technical indicators if you so choose, decide on the level of risk that you are comfortable with and make your own decisions.
After all it is your money and no one is interested in your welfare and that of your family more than you are. Financial planners,Accountants,Stockbrokers are all interested in the fee income that you generate for them not your financial welfare,please don't forget that fact
