    It is not about voting on your behalf, it is about your vote possibly not counting on a technicality. Therefore reducing the head count who vote no and reducing the total number of shares voted no. This is only on my interpretation of a condition stated in the booklets.

    I have tried the information number on the front of the booklet with no answer...
