Ravin, what @ross6242 is saying is correct. Been there and done that myself before. If you want to be allowed in that room, you will have to supply them with your full details, the HIN Number and whatever else they will ask of you.

You will them have to tell them what you are intending to do with your votes. If you are intending to keep them in the way you've voted either online or by mail, and/or if you are to vote at the meeting yourself. But be very careful if you are to do the latter one of the two because you may miss out altogether.
