when will people understand that things such as NASDAQ will happen when due process occurs.

Items such as Quarterly Reports and Safety Data results are released as soon as they become or are required to be available for release to the market.

There are stringent ASX procedures and guidelines to be followed and I think you do both yourself and the management at PRR a great diservice to suggest that they are doing otherwise.
