It was accumulating at 12c and 12.5c todays range. From the sell side every 5 min all day. If the 12c sold 7 min later would start buying 12.5c then every 5 min again. Only in around $70.00 - $75.00 lots. Around 65,000 shares strange could have made one buy at 12c and saved around $300.
