It depends on ur the definition of a shareholder!
The general public would deem a shareholder as an individual, not an individual privileged in having greater voting powers.
That is how the minority deceive the general public in the media about a company’s direction.
Furthermore, the 95% are the minority group who bought their votes out of possibly approx 5% who weren’t discouraged to partake by the poll voting system.
