Oh I didn't take a position in NHC, just figure better dividends in the short term at least. Plus they have NA3 ramping up.
I think WHC is paying out like a 3% FF dividend at the moment (give or take) and my guess is probably 5% next year...If you're lucky. Could be wrong, but the payout is less than some HISA so not worth the capital risk.
