happy to be wrong on this one but yes I believe near $400 is about as good as it gets for thermal coal. I believe it is close to peak.
not sure why you'd have such a strong view that I'm incorrect, it's a commodity just like any other and the high price will bring mothballed mines into production, the high price will force energy producers to source alternatives.
