My 'exit strategy' sees WHC get T/O (delisted) by a 'big' private-equity player, then continues to profitably-mine without the disclosure-obligations of a public entity, lining any sitting govt's coffers with royalties and tax revenues...
Question is really, timing, when is the opportune time, politically, financially and cyclically, to make such a move for all stakeholders...
Be nice to have the 'skinny' on which PE-player/s are involved, so one could make an early '50% transition' from WHC holdings/profits into the PE's fund, double-down opportunity...
