If you think as a general term, it isn't OK, that term encompasses a range of personal characteristics that perfectly describe the individual who it was directed to. It is not curse word for me though others may use it that way.

I think if the antagonist shows some decent human qualities, he is less likely receive negative feedback. It is a form of honest feedback which may help the individual in their future endeavours and interpersonal relationships. They will thank me one day (even if not directly) for the frankness.

Again, it is not about their opinion, it is about the way it is expressed on a consistent basis. Welcome all opinions as it enhances my understanding of my investments and trades.
