On a previous post I mentioned a researcher recommended a stop loss at 35.15 cents. On other posts there have been links to other reports recommending PRR as very good potential.
This morning at pre open the highest buyer is sitting at 40 cents...and the first seller is sitting at 33 cents. If this is processed first then it may sent a trigger to generate stop loss sells. Why would someone place a sell order at 33 cents when there are several million orders to buy above 33 cents. I think someone is playing to trigger stop losses.
