I beg to differ....specifically there efforts to abide by the ASX disclosure rules in my opinion is Poor...

why?
even though they stated that the tight hole protocol was that they would not disclose depths and formations/rock types....they stated that they would monitor the mud logs daily and let us know?

there disclosure did not abide by the ASX rules because they did not advise oil show had continued even though they stated a minor sands in a secondary target had recovered oil...then there was no more disclosure even thought events that would be materal and would have been known to effect the share price was not dislosed..

so we went from minor sands with oil to 500metres of oil..?

the excuse that we know nuffin because CNE didnt tell us will not wash in court..

so in summary....Far arguably did not abide by the ASX disclsure rules as other oil companys do.
