The plan to let the local take true ownership interest in the project is the only way forward , as described in the radio interview .
Then fixing the tailing dam situation is the first cab of the rank ,I hear the an El Nino is coming so all the rain goes to the east that would be a blessing .
Then proving up the incomplete drilling that has early promise ,IF this comes good and reserves increase at a higher grade we will become well regarded for capital investment without CR of any large degree .
Then getting the plant back up and running is just logistics .
The approach is sound and thoughtful IMO , step by step .
Please have positive thoughts towards the locals to move to a new phase in their lives , and see the long term benefits for them in many ways . mutual respect is a powerful tool .
