I'll maintain a cautious approach on VRC because its history of announcements and video messages showed different outcomes between the promises and the timeframes for delivery of those outcomes in the past!
My approach will be wait and watch! As Mr Asimwe Cabunga, VRC Chairman and his friends' companies hold majority of VRC shares!
If anyone chooses to sell those shares for profits that will be huge and there will be too many shares in the market to go up!
