cautious buyers hold off beachfront apartments

    Interesting article in the West this morning re. buyers not interested in beachfront apartments. Quote from John Wroth that the Oceanique apartments are now discounted 20-30% still, though the 40% special discount has lapsed - so we have all missed out.

    Seems that out of the 66 apartments there are still over a third unsold.
